New re-stringing service announced.  Please see below.

We need a volunteer Facilities member to join the Committee

Mark Bradshaw has joined the Committee as Social Secretary from Q2

Roger Burge is to take over the Treasurer role at the end of 2020. 

We welcome both new members to help run the club.

The club is now open for socially distanced play.  Please use the new court booking system (May 2020)

Policy documents have been added to the top menu bar for information.

 

This year's AGM took take place at the clubhouse on Wednesday 7 November at 7.30 pm.  11 attended.

Singles Tennis

Calling all members who would like to play singles - if you would like to sign up for friendly singles games, please add your name to the list in the clubhouse indicating ability, availability and contact details.

 

Social Events

2018

Monday 7 May - Open Day
 
American Tournaments - ad hoc tournaments are well attended and more are planned

Saturday 8 September - BBQ and social tennis - nearly 60 people attended on such a glorious day!  £230 was raised for MIND, the mental health charity

2019

Monday 6 May - Open Day to coincide with Hildenborough Road Race - well attended

Saturday 7 September - BBQ and social tennis - £5 per person, bring your own drinks.  Food and soft drinks provided along with a charity raffle

2020

This year's Open Day was cancelled due to Coronavirus

Non member sessions

We offer an open session to coincide with our club session, first Saturday of the month when all members along with non members are welcome, free of charge.

 

Latest News

Coaching

We have coaching courses on Mondays for all abilities from 7.30 till 8.30pm. Costs TBC. Coaching is suspended for school and bank holidays (full and half terms) although normal play takes place.
